Description
When your Magnum’s running hot and you’re losing coolant, it’s usually not just a hose problem—that radiator has been working overtime for years and it’s time for a replacement. A worn radiator can turn into expensive engine damage from overheating, especially when you’re pushing through those long harvest days or heavy tillage work. This TISCO radiator assembly brings your cooling system back to full strength, keeping that big Magnum running at proper temperatures no matter what you’re throwing at it.
What You’re Getting
- Matches OEM specifications for proper fit and function with core dimensions that provide the right balance of cooling capacity and airflow resistance
- Tube and fin configuration efficiently transfers heat while resisting clogging from chaff and debris
- Tank construction handles pressure cycling without developing cracks
- Mounting brackets align with factory positions—no drilling, cutting, or adapting required
Built for Real Farm Work
These Magnum series tractors—whether it’s a 7110 running the grain cart or a 7240 pulling the big chisel plow—are workhorses that generate serious heat under load. The radiator assembly is designed specifically for these high-horsepower applications where cooling demands are extreme. From spring tillage through fall harvest, this radiator keeps up with whatever pace you set.
Made to Last
Quality construction means this radiator will outlast cheap alternatives that promise savings but deliver problems. The TISCO build quality handles the vibration, temperature swings, and debris that come with real farming conditions. You’re getting a radiator that’s built to match the durability expectations of your Magnum.
Installation Notes
A new radiator deserves a complete cooling system refresh—flush the engine block thoroughly since decades of scale and sediment will quickly contaminate your new radiator. Install a new thermostat since stuck thermostats cause overheating regardless of radiator condition. Use fresh 50/50 coolant mixture and bleed the system completely since air pockets cause localized overheating.
