Description
When you’re running a sprayer, consistent pressure is what keeps your application rates on target and your coverage even. Too much pressure and you’re blowing chemicals past the canopy or creating drift. Too little and your coverage suffers. This TeeJet pressure relief valve keeps things dialed in, venting excess pressure back to the tank so your spray system operates exactly where you set it.
What You’re Getting
- Durable poly construction that won’t corrode from chemical exposure like metal valves can
- 150 PSI rating handles pressure for most field spraying and livestock treatment applications
- Viton O-ring seals provide superior chemical resistance and long service life
- 3/4″ female NPT connection fits standard spray system plumbing
- Manual operation gives you full control over pressure settings
Built for Real Farm Work
This valve is right at home on pull-behind sprayers, three-point mounted units, and even smaller spot sprayers. Whether you’re applying herbicides to row crops, spraying pastures, or treating livestock facilities, it maintains steady pressure across varying flow rates and pump speeds.
Made to Last
The poly body resists chemical attack from herbicides, insecticides, and sanitizers that would eat away at brass or aluminum over time. The Viton O-ring handles temperature swings and aggressive chemicals better than standard rubber seals, so you won’t be replacing it every season.
Installation Notes
Threads into your pressure line between the pump and boom, typically mounted near the tank for easy access. Use pipe thread sealant on the connections to prevent leaks. Adjust the relief pressure by turning the adjustment screw—clockwise increases pressure, counterclockwise decreases it.
