Description
When you’re running hydraulic lines around tight corners or through crowded areas under the hood, space gets pretty tight. A straight fitting just won’t work when you need to route a line around the engine block, behind the cab, or anywhere there’s not much room to work with. This 90-degree ORFS elbow fitting solves that problem by letting you make clean turns without kinking your hydraulic hose or creating stress points that’ll cause failures down the road.
What You’re Getting
- Short bend design takes up less space in tight installations compared to standard elbows
- ORFS threads create a superior seal with O-ring face sealing that won’t leak under pressure
- Female threads accept standard male ORFS connections for versatile use
- 13/16 inch thread size fits common tractor hydraulic applications
- Crimp-on design provides a permanent, reliable connection to 3/8 inch hydraulic hose
Built for Real Farm Work
This fitting handles the high-pressure hydraulic systems found on modern tractors and implements. Whether you’re connecting loader circuits, remote hydraulics for implements, or auxiliary systems, the ORFS connection style provides better sealing than traditional pipe threads and handles the pressure cycling that comes with everyday hydraulic use.
Made to Last
This is a Ryco T2000 series fitting, built to handle the demanding conditions of agricultural hydraulic systems. The ORFS threads are straight threads with an O-ring seal, so they create a metal-to-metal contact that stays tight through temperature changes and vibration that would loosen other connection types.
Installation Notes
This is a crimp-on fitting that requires the proper dies and crimping equipment for installation. Don’t over-tighten ORFS threads like you would pipe threads – they seal with the O-ring, not thread interference. Use a backup wrench on the hose end when tightening to prevent twisting the hose assembly.
