Description
When you’re rebuilding or repairing a telescoping PTO driveline, the inner profile yoke is one of those critical pieces that has to be just right. This is the part that slides inside the outer tube and transfers power through those precisely machined trilobe splines. If your driveline is binding, making noise, or the inner section won’t slide smoothly, chances are this yoke needs attention.
What You’re Getting
- Precision machined trilobe profile that mates perfectly with Series 6 outer tubing
- 45mm trilobe bore designed for tight tolerances and smooth operation
- Heavy-duty cross and bearing assembly rated for Series 6 torque requirements
- Quality Weasler construction that’s built to handle constant speed changes and angles
- Direct replacement for worn or damaged inner profile yokes in driveline assemblies
Built for Real Farm Work
This inner profile yoke is designed for Series 6 drivelines, which you’ll find on mid-range tractors from about 40-80 horsepower. These are the workhorses running everything from rotary cutters and tedders to smaller hay balers and post hole diggers. The trilobe shape provides more contact area than round tubes, which means better power transfer and longer life under the constant twisting loads of PTO work.
Made to Last
Weasler doesn’t cut corners on PTO components because they know what’s at stake. The trilobe profile is machined to precise tolerances so it slides smoothly but doesn’t have the slop that causes vibration and premature wear. The cross and bearing assembly uses quality steel and proper heat treatment to handle the constant direction changes that come with field work.
Good to Know
This is an internal component, so you’ll need to disassemble your driveline to replace it. Make sure you mark the phasing of your driveline before taking it apart – proper alignment prevents dangerous vibrations. The 45mm trilobe bore is specific to Series 6, so double-check your measurements if you’re not certain about your driveline series. Keep the old yoke as a reference when reassembling.
