This High Capacity Swivel Hooks from Haugen are designed for a wheel loader, telehandler, and forklifts. This attachment is manufactured right in the USA and comes in two models to choose between 22,000 or 30,000 lifting capacity. 

The standard pocket size is 3.5” by 9.5” with open ends to fit any length forks. The swivel hook sits at a 24” on centre for stability. Please read chart below for more specifications.
