Description
When you’re running your cultivator through tough ground season after season, those tines take a beating. The bushings that keep your tines moving smoothly wear out from all that dirt, rocks, and constant flexing. A worn bushing means loose tines, uneven cultivation, and eventually damaged shanks or broken parts. This replacement bushing gets your Kverneland cultivator back to working like it should.
What You’re Getting
- Precise 110mm length fits properly in Kverneland tine assemblies
- 40.8mm outer diameter with dual inner diameters – 34mm and 25.1mm for stepped fit
- Durable construction handles the constant movement and dirt exposure
- Direct replacement – no modifications needed to your existing tine setup
Built for Real Cultivation Work
This bushing is designed for Kverneland cultivators used in general purpose field work. Whether you’re working ground for planting, breaking up compaction, or incorporating crop residue, your cultivator tines need to pivot and flex freely while staying properly aligned. A tight-fitting bushing ensures consistent cultivation depth and smooth operation.
Made to Last
Cultivation puts bushings through constant stress – dirt grinding against metal, temperature changes, and the shock of hitting rocks or hard ground. This bushing is built to handle those conditions with materials chosen for long life in agricultural applications. The stepped design provides proper support at both bearing surfaces.
Installation Notes
Installing this bushing requires pressing or driving out the old one and fitting the new bushing in place. Make sure to clean all dirt and debris from the tine assembly before installation. The stepped design means proper orientation is important – the larger 34mm ID section typically goes toward the mounting end. If the old bushing is really stuck, a little heat and penetrating oil help with removal.
