Installation Notes

Before installation, verify your connecting rod journal diameter with a micrometer—using the wrong undersize bearing will cause immediate failure. .010 inch rod bearings and main bearings are also available for engines that need more material removed. Clean everything thoroughly during assembly and torque your rod bolts to specification using a good quality torque wrench.
