This is an OEM Havener Enterprises Bradley Mower Sulky part number 15028 and 4004.

This is the ‘metal sleeve’ that slides through wheel and tire part number 15040 (and older part number listed below).

Used on MS2000 and MS2006 sulky models only.

Does not fit ‘N’ models (MS2000N or MS2006N). ‘N’ models were made in 2018 or more recently. Older sulky models are not ‘N’ models.

This is the spanner bushing to be used with these wheel/tire assembly part numbers.
