Installation Notes

Never reuse the old snap rings—they lose tension and pop out when you least expect it, and if one U-joint is bad, rebuild them all since they wear at similar rates. Pack new bearings with quality grease before installation and make sure the grease fitting stays accessible for regular maintenance. Mark your yoke positions before disassembly to maintain proper phasing and prevent vibration.
