Installation Notes
A new radiator deserves a complete cooling system refresh. Flush the engine block thoroughly – decades of scale and sediment will quickly contaminate your new radiator. While you’re at it, replace the thermostat, check the water pump, and inspect all hoses and clamps. Use fresh 50/50 coolant mixture and bleed the system completely – air pockets cause localized overheating.
